Raised in a family of breeders, Andreea Mihaela is a talented Romanian pet groomer specialized in Asian Fusion style. She is the co-owner of Bijou Pet, the most popular grooming salon in Romania, and also an instructor at Petglow Academy, where she teaches both Romanian and international students through exclusive one-to-one courses focused on Commercial Grooming and Asian Fusion techniques.
Andreea Mihaela is known for her refined technique, creativity, and the passion she brings to every groom — always pushing the boundaries of Asian Fusion styling while inspiring a new generation of groomers. Janita has dedicated nearly four decades to the world of pets, combining her lifelong love for dogs with entrepreneurship and innovation. Her journey started with her first dog, a silver poodle named Kika, who inspired her to explore grooming, dog shows, and eventually breeding. By the age of 16, Janita was already working as a groomer, at 18 she became president of the Poodle Club, and at just 23 she achieved the status of the youngest international judge in the world.
In 1994, she founded Tauro Kennel, specializing in Pomeranian Spitz, Maltese, and Bichon Frise. Tauro Kennel quickly became known for its uncompromising standards, excellent care, and countless international champions. Janita’s philosophy is clear – every dog must be raised with love, attention, and respect for its breed’s uniqueness, while genetic lines are carefully selected to maintain health, intelligence, and beauty.
Beyond breeding, Janita is also a co-owner of KIKA Group, one of the leading pet care businesses in the Baltics. Together with her husband, she has built a multimillion-euro family enterprise that covers pet products, grooming services, and veterinary care.
